Mengmeng joined Whitman Lab in September 2021, after receiving a B.S. degree in Sustainable Agriculture and Food Systems at UC Davis. She completed her M.S. degree in Agroecology and Soil Science in 2023. Currently, she is researching the impact of recurrent burns on PyOM properties in Wisconsin jack pine standings and grassland. During her leisure time, she likes to do artwork, take photos, and watch movies.
